Contemplative Video of 2025 Image-Art Calendar Images & Quotes

The 2025 Image-Art Calendar, "Transcendental Realism: Self-Portraits of Reality Itself" is now available.

Celebrating 25 years since the "Initiation of Free Light-Imagery" (in June of 2000), the 2025 Image-Art Calendar is a selection of Adi Da’s artistic works from the late 1960s through 2008. Each image exemplifies a unique period of Adi Da’s aesthetic expression, while demonstrating his entire body of artistic work as a singular communication of beauty and profundity beyond "point of view". It is a sublime and enduring communication of Transcendental Realism!

This contemplative video is a reading of the quotes accompanying the images on the calendar, along with the images themselves.

Music is "Noon Dreams", from John Wubbenhorst, Bansuri Dreams.

Some of the twenty-five pieces on May You Ever Dwell In Our Hearts were written and offered in the days immediately following Adi Da's Passing on November 27, 2008, or in the year-long period of formal mourning that followed. Other songs were offered to Him in person during His Lifetime. This CD also contains new songs never released before by Naamleela, Tamarind, and other musicians.

The Gift and Calling of Adi Da

The video, from Adidam India, begins with a slideshow of photos from Adi Da Samrajashram, accompanied by traditional Indian chanting by Nirmalya Dey, with devotee John Wubbenhorst playing the bansuri.

As the musical accompaniment continues, the video shows photos and video clips of Avatar Adi Da, accompanied by excerpts (and adaptations) from the recitation, Aham Da Asmi ("I Am Da"), overlaid on the screen.

Sacred Music and Practice of the Way of Adidam

Devotees describe the beneficial impact of sacred music on their practice of the Way of Adidam, during the Celebration of Da Purnima on Adi Da Samrajashram, in July, 2014. The music was performed by John Wubbenhorst and Peter Van Gelder (sitar), on many different occasions.

John writes: "It was a very full Celebration of Da Purnima at Adi Da Samrajashram in Fiji. Peter Van Gelder (sitar) and myself (bansuri flute) came for music service and we were very busy every day. Each morning we would sit for several hours practicing the most refined compositions from Peter's music guru Ali Akbar Khan and we would chose what we felt would be the best gifts for our Guru, Adi Da, that day. Almost every day there would be offerings and also many chanting occasions. It is very tangible the difference between playing at Adi Da Samrajashram and playing music anywhere else. The island is so full of Beloved Adi Da that as soon as we would start to play, we would feel the music coming from a deeper place and that would in turn help everyone to drop into deeper communion with Beloved, which would then allow the music to be deeper — and on and on."

An Introduction to Not-Two Is Peace

Ruchiradama Nadikanta has created a series of seven recitations from Adi Da's book, Not-Two Is Peace, accompanied by the bansuri flute music of John Wubbenhorst.

This is Recitation 1: Introduction.

World-Friend Adi Da: "The old moral, social, and political order of humankind is now dead. A new and true and right order of humankind is, now, and forever hereafter, necessary. This Free Declaration is the Seed-Utterance of that new and necessary true and right (and truly globally, totally, and universally cooperative) order."

INVOCATION
offered by Ruchiradama Nadikanta

Dearly Beloved Bhagavan, Adi Da Samraj,
we surrender at Your Blessed Feet in deepest devotion to You,
the Divine Avatar of Conscious Light.

We pray to fulfill Your Urgent Calling
to fully serve the establishment of Your Divine Avataric Work in this world,
so that all may feel Your Touch of Divine Love
and receive Your Perfect Wisdom and Divine Grace

May we collectively incarnate
(and, thereby, inspire all to heed)
Your Great Admonition,
Cooperation + Tolerance = Peace.

May we embrace all beings everywhere,
always making available to everyone the Gift of Divine Compassion
and all-Embracing Love You have Brought to here.

We bow at Your Holy Feet in love and deepest gratitude, now and forever.
