Showered with Challenging Blessings Participating in a Prosperity Puja always links the devotee with Adi Da's Divine Blessing Power. At times, that Blessing can take challenging forms, and in this story, an Australian devotee describes how she learned to cooperate with the labor pains associated with a spiritual rebirth in her relationship to money and business.
Since 2003, I have been fortunate to have taken part in most of the Prosperity Pujas. They are such a wonderful opportunity for me to offer something back to my Beloved Master for all that He has given me. Following each Prosperity Puja, there is always a synchronicity of events, sometimes favourable but sometimes not obviously so. In some cases, "obstacles" have surfaced which have then triggered major changes in my life. Ultimately, these have always served my self-understanding and deepened my practice. In every case, I have been showered with Blessings. In one example, I asked that my Ayurveda Clinic prosper and that through it, I might be able to maintain and deepen my spiritual practice and somehow serve Beloved Adi Da by becoming a focus for drawing people to find out about Him. There followed a series of very difficult circumstances where I could clearly see how misguided and self-possessed my intentions were, and how much my work was simply an avoidance of relationship with my Spiritual Master. This clarity resulted in my letting go of inappropriate business relationships and activities that were not directly serving my spiritual practice. This break in business connections was really difficult, and resulted in my going into debt, but I learned so much about my relationship to money that I could never have seen otherwise. Now, three years later, I have just been named a finalist in the Australia-wide "Home-Based Business Awards". This award has opened new doors into the world of business for me, and I am gaining many new skills and networks in the field of marketing and promotion. The Prosperity Pujas have enabled me to stay in the room with Beloved Adi Da through trust and surrender, and such participation has caused a very real flowering of my relationship with Him. I am eternally grateful to my Divine Heart Master, Beloved Adi Da Samraj, for these wonderful opportunities.
