Aniello Panico

Aniello Panico has been a student and devotee of Adi Da Samraj since 1972. Aniello was also instrumental in the establishment of the Dawn Horse Press, the publishing house responsible for the publication of Avatar Adi Da's Teaching. Now in his 80's, and having spent considerable time in Adi Da's Company, Aniello wants to share a lifetime of enjoying the wisdom, energy, blessings and love of Adi Da Samraj — an enjoyment so profound that he considers himself the "luckiest man alive!".

On the occasion of my 82nd birthday, I was Blessed with the most intimate Communion with our Beloved Master Adi Da. At that time in 2017, years after His Divine Mahasamadhi — the end of His human lifetime in November, 2008 — I was invited to receive Darshan of Him at His Residence, The Manner Of Flowers, at the Mountain Of Attention Sanctuary.

The Manner of Flowers is served daily as a Temple, as if Bhagavan was still alive bodily and in residence. This was also the case during His lifetime, when He would be residing elsewhere.

It is a rare and Graceful Blessing to be invited to this Holy Place. I was thrilled at the opportunity, but did not expect the degree of Blessing that it would represent.

I was accompanied to the Manner by Ruchiradama Nadikanta. As we entered the house, the feeling of the Guru's Tangible Presence was immediate and powerful. Unbelievable. It filled up my chest and body with the profound feeling of His Love-Bliss. It was as Real as it could get. I bowed down and just wanted to stay there.

I felt Adi Da saying to me: "Aniello, it's been a while. So good to see you."

The feeling was so strong it forced me to exclaim, "Oh my Lord!"

The strength of His Presence released the ache that had been in my heart since His Passing nine years earlier. And that Blessing still supports and feeds my heart and my practice to this day.

Ruchiradama Nadikanta felt that Blessing, too. Later she said, "I felt Beloved Respond, as He Always did, with His Immense Love and Enjoyment at having you with Him."

I can testify that this Holy Place is alive with His Presence. He is still in residence there, as He is in all the Adidam Holy Places He has established around the world.
