This three-day retreat will be filled with the revelation and
spiritual presence of Adi Da Samraj. The theme of this retreat
- "A Feast of Leelas" - coincides with devotees'
Celebration
of Da Purnima. Da Purnima is a special and sacred celebration in the Reality-Way of Adidam that has been celebrated every year since the beginning of Adi Da's Work in 1972. It coincides with celebrations of the Guru or Spiritual Teacher in Hindu ashrams and Buddhist monasteries throughout the world. "Purnima" means "full", and refers to the "full" moon. Every full moon or Purnima is a celebration of the Spiritual Teacher. But the full moon in the Hindu month of Ashad (in 2015, corresponding to July 2 through August 1 on Western calendars) is called "Guru Purnima". In the yearly cycle, it is the day set apart for remembering the Guru or Divine Teacher, and paying homage to, and worshipping His or Her appearance in human Form.

The
retreat will be held at the European Danda, our Spiritually-Empowered
Center in the south of the Netherlands. The Danda is the Spiritually
Empowered Seat of Adi Da's Blessing in Europe. The Danda is a
former monastery — a quiet place, and a place where Adi
Da twice resided. It houses the largest
collection in the world of Adi Da’s Transcendental Realist Art,
and art tours and presentations will be offered during the retreat.
Filled with Adi Da’s Presence, it is a perfect location to retire
from worldly stress and distraction to sink into the deepest feeling
of Reality Itself.

Your retreat will include 3 great vegetarian meals per day, contemplative
walks in our private forest and plenty of opportunity to ask devotees
any questions you may have.

Gerald Sheinfeld is the host for this retreat. Gerald was one of Adi Da's first devotees. He is the author of the (soon to be published) book, At The Feet Of The Spiritual Master. During this retreat, Gerald will be telling many unique stories of the time he spent in Adi Da's Company from 1972 through 2008.

More than 7 hours long, this Tribute DVD was filmed on the occasion of the first Anniversary of Adi Da's Divine Mahasamadhi, when devotees, family, and friends of Adi Da Samraj gathered at Adi Da Samrajashram, Fiji (Adi Da's principal Hermitage), to acknowledge Adi Da as the Divine in human form, to praise His Greatness, and to express their heart-felt gratitude for the Blessings they have received from Him.

Flights go with Ryan Air from Stanstead to Eindhoven. Alternatively,

The Adi Da Museum of Art is dedicated to the promotion of the art of Adi Da Samraj through exhibitions, lectures, round-table discussions, documentaries as well as seminars on his art and its relationship to various artistic traditions. The Adi Da Museum of Art also exhibits works and supports scholarship inspired by the art and philosophy of Adi Da Samraj.
The gallery maintains a permanent exhibition of works by Adi Da Samraj and is open from Wednesday to Saturday, and once a month on a Sunday, but can also be visited by appointment. The gallery is located in an old monastery in Maria Hoop in the south of Holland close to the borders of Germany and Belgium.

Every year in the spring, the European Danda holds an extended weekend of Celebration and Spiritual Retreat focused on the Life, Teaching, and Work of Adi Da Samraj. This retreat is open to the public, along with devotees, friends, and supporters of Adi Da.
The 2015 Spring Retreat, "That Which Is Supremely Attractive", will take place at the European Danda, starting Friday, April 24 (9:30am), through Sunday, April 26 (4:00pm). It will be hosted by longtime devotee, James Steinberg.
The retreat coincides with the Adidam Celebration of the Establishment of the "Radical" Reality-Way of Adidam Ruchiradam. As part of this Celebration, James will be talking about the Sacred History of Adidam, including stories of the time he has spent with Adi Da since 1973, with a specific focus on the earliest days of Adidam (accompanied by video footage).
