Retreat Overview

This four-day retreat will be filled with the revelation and spiritual presence of Adi Da Samraj. The theme of this retreat - "The Teaching-Work Begins" - coincides with devotees' Celebration of the Establishment of the "Radical" Reality-Way of Adidam Ruchiradam, which commemorates the start of Adi Da's Teaching-Work on April 25, 1973, in Los Angeles, California. On this retreat, we will explore the remarkable story of the Spiritual Unfolding of Adi Da's Teaching-Work in the lives and hearts of devotees around the world.

The retreat will also include:

Intimate, inspirational stories of the unfolding of Adi Da's Teaching-Revelation, and of His profound and humorous Work with devotees.
Revelations about the Ultimate Nature of Reality and Truth.
Sacred Sightings of Adi Da — Rare videos of Adi Da granting His Silent Spiritual Blessing to all and speaking about the True Condition of all beings, which is Prior Unity, Perfect Freedom, and Divine Happiness.
Viewing of Adi Da's now world-renowned Divine Image-Art.
Recitals offered by exceptionally gifted musical artists.
Time and space for rest, relaxation, refreshment, and sacred contemplation.
Delicious vegetarian meals.

Retreat Location: The European Danda

The retreat will be held at the European Danda, our Spiritually-Empowered Center in the south of the Netherlands. The Danda is the Spiritually Empowered Seat of Adi Da's Blessing in Europe. The Danda is a former monastery — a quiet place, and a place where Adi Da twice resided. It houses the the largest collection in the world of Adi Da’s Transcendental Realist Art, and art tours and presentations will be offered during the retreat. Filled with Adi Da’s Presence, it is a perfect location to retire from worldly stress and distraction to sink into the deepest feeling of Reality Itself.

Your retreat will include 3 great vegetarian meals per day, contemplative walks in our private forest and plenty of opportunity to ask devotees any questions you may have.

Retreat Hosts and Testimonials

This retreat will be hosted by longtime devotees Anthony Costabile, Eileen McCarthy, Sally Taylor, and Frans van den Bossche.

	Anthony Costabile is a a certified Adidam speaker. He is the Director of Adidam Midwest. He has been a devotee of Adi Da Samraj since 1975. He l has resided in Adidam's Sanctuaries in California, Hawaii, and Fiji, where he received direct guidance from Adi Da, both in practical life-wisdom and esoteric Spiritual practice. Anthony is a professional teacher and school administrator. He is a writer and principal educator for Adidam, traveling internationally to introduce audiences around the world to Adi Da Samraj and The Reality-Way of Adidam.

	Eileen McCarthy became Adi Da's devotee in 1978. She has lived at and served Adi Da directly at Da Love-Ananda Mahal and Adi Da Samrajashram. She has participated extensively in the considerations He conducted with devotees. Eileen presently serves as the Cultural Services Manager for the Adidam US Midwest Region.

	Sally Taylor has been a formal devotee since 1976. She has frequently served Adi Da Samraj directly and participated extensively in the considerations He conducted with devotees. A medical doctor and member of the Radiant Life Clinic of Adidam, Sally is also a general practitioner in Melbourne.

	Frans van den Bossche has been a long-term resident of Adidam's Sanctuaries in California, Hawaii, and Fiji. He has served Adi Da Samraj as a principal editor since 1980. Frans now divides his time between Melbourne and Fiji and continues to provide editorial services for Adi Da’s Teaching publications.

Four-Day Retreat: The Teaching-Work Begins

RETREAT TIME: Thursday, April 25 - Sunday, April 28, 2013.

This retreat needs to be taken for the full four days (including all day Thursday) in order to give all participants the opportunity to fully enter into the depth of the retreat process. We recommend that you arrive on Wednesday evening, April 23. (There are no extra charges for staying over Wednesday night.)
RETREAT LANGUAGE: English, with support services in Dutch, German, and Finnish.

RETREAT COST: €425. Includes lodgings and meals for 4-day retreat.
Special "Early Bird" Registration Price: €325. (Register by April 10 for this special price.)

Two-Day Celebration of the Establishment of
the "Radical" Reality-Way of Adidam Ruchiradam

If you are not able to come to our entire four-day retreat, we cordially invite you to come to this special Celebration. For an evening and a day you will be able to enjoy parts of the same program offered at the 4-day retreat.
